1935-01-10, A fine mild day blowing a west wind I drove over to the H B after dinner. Mr + Mrs Slyman came down and camped here started to blow a north wind thise vening and turned very cold1935-01-11, cold and stormy all day Cloudy a strong NorthWind the roads all drifted over. the Mail arieved1935-01-28, Very Mild thawing around the House wind from West I drove over to town at 8,30 to the Liberal Meeting very warm Slyman came in for Supplies1935-02-25, A fine mild day Mr Bartterman got back from H Hope I drove to the Post Office for the mail Mr + Mrs Slyman arieved and camped for the night1935-02-26, cold and Stormy wind from NE Slyman sold his Fur to the HB and left along with his Wife for Dawson Creek this evening Mr Bartleman left this morning for Edmonton very cold with Snow all day1935-05-31, A fine mild day Duncan + Fred haulled as few loads of fire wood Duncan went down to the Ranch to plow the Garden and to put in the field on the Hill Mr Slyman and Joseph Boys came in this evening and stayed all night1935-07-04, Fine Weather Sports to day at Dawsons Creek. Duncan arieved with dog team he is come as a Witness in the Trial of Slyman + Colsom 32 below to night1938-02-08, cold and stormy 39 below and cold all day I drove ove to town to Interpret at the law Suit between Slyman + L Calisan thy had a number of Indian as Witness at the trial Willie arieved by the Mail Plain from Prince George I got home about 11 P M to night1938-02-09, A little milder to day Duncan left this Morng with his dog team to motenage for Some Furs at Slymans Frank + Willie went for the Mail1938-04-08, Very mild all day the Boys brot 2 loads firewood H McLeods teams got back from Sikkinna Duncan got in late last night and went back early this Morning to Slymans place he brot his dogs in and left them here1938-08-18, Rain this Morning and continued most of the day it is very poor weather for harvesting a lot of cattle beng shipped out of the county by truck every day very clear to night and may be frost We had a visit from Slyman he stayed over night
